Birthday banner on posts?

Is there away to implement a birthday banner on posts? Say its a members birthday, can there be a banner on all there posts say "Today is my birthday" or something like this for just that day that is there birthday?

hmm so how would I go about the condition? would there need to be some sorta plugin or just a condition?

I'm not sure really, and i didn't find any condition for this.
umm lets just wait for another options.

You'd have to do more than just that, for example if you wanted the birthday note to be removed after their birthday you'd need to implement javascript or rebuild threads and posts.
