Alright,
Well i have reported a few sites for using nulled versions of vBulletin because it's simple not fair that we have to pay for it, while they get theres for free.

My question is; What are the consequences that they will face?

Well you even can contact their hosts by your self and tell then that they are using a nulled vBulletin, and tell them that xxx site is using a nulled vB and that he should to check it or just wait until the vb.com will contact them

There is a way like this:

go to their site and try to do an upgrade
like so
www.xxxxxsitexxxx.com/install/upgrade.php

and if you will have to enter the costumer id then the vB not nulled and if it will go to the upgrade pages then the vbulletin is nulled.

There is a way like this:

Which is why I remove all those once they've done their job. They're not necessary for day-to-day operations.

I just password protect the directory. I also password protect admincp, modcp and includes.
