Request: Mail Happy-Birthday on Birthday

A hack that automatically sents a pre-defined email (like the Community Bulletin hack) to a Member that has a birthday (like Todays Birthdays on the Forum Home page).

This would make members feel more at home.

Let me know if anyone would be willing to make this. :)
