Poll wont submit

If you go to AdminFuel (http://www.adminfuel.com) you will see a poll on the right hand side.

The problem is that when you click 'submit' to send your vote, it doesn't do anything.

What is wrong?

Perhaps your code is wrong? You'll have to ask for help in the modification thread/site.
