Need help transfering data

i would like to transfer my old vbulletin data to my new one but i havnt the slitest cle how to do so. I want everything but the skin layout. Can anyone walk me threw it or maybe do this for me?

Is the "new" one a fresh install or does it already contain data?

If it contains data, you will have to impex the old data to the new one.

If there is no data in the new one, you can simply import the old db into the new db and then upgrade the old site to the latest version of vb.

I doubt anyone will do it for free, but you can post in the paid job forum and im sure ppl will apply for the job.
