[HOW TO] Add Keywords to the URL

How or what can I do...to enable the URLs to add the "titles" of new threads, categories, sub forums, etc. into the URL.

For example, when someone creates a new thread "How to Paint using Watercolor" in the General Art Discussion forum...I would rather see the url as:

/forum/general_art/how_to_paint_using_watercolor/showthread.php?t=164

instead of:

/forum/showthread.php?t=164

how do I?
