Customize Profile (something isn't right)

Hello,

I have a profile customizing contest going on, on my forum, and one girl tried to make hers nice, and well the background will not show up on her profile. Then I made a sock and tried it, and everything but the background will work. I checked the settings, everything is set right. Some members can use it fine, and some can't, this girl had her profile fixed up before, but the contest is a fall contest, so she was trying to change it into a fall theme, and it wouldn't let her, but she was able to decorate it before... Help?

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

But how do I get them to work on my already created themes?

If it works on the default but not on yours, then you will need to determine which templates have been modified on that particular page in your style and then compare it to the default Jelsoft template and see what is different and may be causing the problem.
