Creating Spaces

How can I create space between the main forum catagories, I have tried to look up older posts , but have some doubts, it might be an automated system in this newer version or shell it be done manually ?

There is a mod to do it or you can do template edits to do it. Search "categor*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should find one.
