users can only pm admins

How do i restrict it so that users of any usergroup can only PM admins ?

There is no default vbulletin function to do this. I suppose you could probably write a plugin to check the recipient and only allow the PM to go through if it is to an Admin, but I have never tried that so I don't know how easy that would be.
