Force registration

I put this setting on a long time ago( like a year ago lol) but now i want to remove it, i cannot for the life of me find this setting anymore, can anyone direct me to where it is?

It says

"The administrator may have required you to register before you can view this page." when you try and view pages as guest.

Check the Usergroup Manager for that usergroup and see about allowing them to view the forums/thread content. If you change that and still have issues, check in Forum Permissions or the usergroup in the forum.
