Allow a certain usergroup to post new announcement

Hello,
I want to enable permissions to allow a certain usergroup to post new announcements.
How can I do that in vBulletin 3.8.4?
Can't seem to find the option anywhere.

Posting Announcements is a moderator permission. So, you'd have to make those users moderators in that forum. (There used to be a mod to make a usergroup moderators, you may want to search for that.)
