Understanding Styles/Changing Appearance

Hey there sorry if this has been asked before. From what I gather Styles are like Themes that you can plug into your site and change the look of your forum


Where is the best place to get ones for 3.8.2
How do you install them
how do you remove them
Is there a difference between styles and themes?

- Styles are the term we use in vBulletin. Themes is the term other products use.
