How do I do this in vBulletin?

In the following image, at the bottom there is a category named as Site News and it shows the latest 25 posts in forum. This image is also of a vBulletin forum. I have searched a lot in my Admin Panel and also asked vBulletin.com Premium Support but I didn't get the answer and they refer me here.

I also have searched the whole vBulletin 3.8 Add-Ons as well as Template Modifications. I read description of every add-on to find out about this hack but I was unable to find it. Is there any one who knows how this forum had this facility of having recent posts as a site news???????

I would ask the admin at the forum if they downloaded a mod for that and if so, which one it was. There are several mods for putting Latest Threads on the Forumhome page - perhaps it is one of them.
