Big Problem with currently active users --- PLEASE HELP!

for some reason my currently active users is way outta wack.

can someone please advise me on how i can fix this problem? i have attached an image that shows the problem. the bots are all viewing the chatbox archive.

And you don't think that is correct because??? What happens if you turn off the chatbox? Can guests view the chatbox?

well its not correct because i didn't have this before installing the chatbox. also i only get about 100 hits to my website each day.

not sure what happens when i turn the chatbox off, i'll try this next time i see it happening.

yes, i do have it so guests can view the chatbox.
