How can i change the sender in the emails that my forum sends after a registration is complete to activate user account?

[medicalforums]

admincp>vboptions>site name / URL / contact details>webmaster's email

Now this will change the email sent not only when they activate but also it will send the welcome message and and it will receive the emails when users use /sendmessage.php

I don't know how to have a separate email for each of these functions
