Im was banned from a certain forum and the owners deleted my account now they are unable to unban me ...when i try register again im getting an error banned .... how can they unban me ?

You will have to talk to them about this and if they need help with the problem, they will have to come here and post about it. We have no idea what errors they are getting and can't help fix it without talking to them.
