Problem uploading Signature Pics & Avatars..??

HiYa..

As the title says I am having a problem with not being able to upload signature pics or avatars from the PC I am greeted with this message:
Imageinfo Failed:
sh: /identify: No such file or directory

Has anyone else came accross the same problem...
