search & new post problem

hello,

Today i upgrade vb 3.7.3 to 3.8.2.
but admin, smod & mod are can't able to view NEW POST & SEACH POST OF USERS.

when i click on new post only blank page is coming.

You need to upgrade your templates after the upgrade.

already upgraded skin but dont know why this error is coming when admin, mod & smod were click new posts or SEACH POST OF USERS.

You upgraded the skin to the 3.8 version? did you upgrade all your mods also? Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

same error is coming when i try to disable all plugins..
in default skin there is no error .....
plz tell me what to do..

Fix/Upgrade your templates.

^^ what he said. If you don't get the error form a default style, then the problem is in your style and I'd guess you didn't upgrade them correctly/completely.

Today again i upgraded the style...
but same error is coming...
