For my forum I want to be able to announce the users that are promoted. With what they were promoted to, and obviously their username.
If it could PM them and create a thread that is really all I would need.
Can someone please help me?

I was able to get the PM to work, after modifiying the code on this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=1886678#post1886678
Now I just need someone to help me with the actual auto thread. I am willing to pay.
