When some one send's me PM it's as default making a quote of the pm in the reply box.

How can i disable it?

But isn't this suppose to be a default option in the vBulletin?

Maiby you didn't understand right.

When a user send me privet message, by default
in the reply box it shows me

It is default to be that way and there is no option to turn it off.

I'm registered in other forum and there is it's not shows the quote tag

Let me clear this up, maybe you're not understanding Lynne but she speaks very good English - so I don't see why not.

As of vBulletin 3.8.x this feature has been there. It automatically quotes the PM basically to make it easier and to see what you're replying to. It cannot be disabled by default.

Now, Lynne asked you to conduct a simple search, and if you did you would've found this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=200608).
