Is there a VIP mod?

I tried to do a search, but did not get results for "VIP", I was wondering if their is a mod for a VIP section, possibly people can apply for VIP access?

So you want a speci vip group with special vip access? This is already possible with usergroups, public usergroups, and usergroup permissions.

Another question somewhat related, is there an award system mod that has a VIP feature? For example members can you use their points to purchase VIP access?
