Sub-Forums

How do I setup my sub-forums like how its set up here? they are directly under the main forum, i.e. subforum: forum a, forum b, etc. Could someone assist me with this?

Forum Listings Display Options -> Depth of Forums - Forum Home -> 2
Forum Listings Display Options -> Depth of Sub-Forums -> 1
