I want to add [rar] extension to attachments,, how?

I would like to add the rar file type to the attachments allowed
the result was a broblem which is:
when I try to download the attached rar file it is saved as html page.
and even the zip files are so [saved as html].

i hope to find an answer here .

Exactly what did you enter into the Attachment Manager for that extension?
