usergroup in postbit

Is there a variable i can put into postbit where i can add above someones usertitle what usergroup they are in,

i know $post[usertitle] will do it if they dont have a custom user title, but im looking for something that will do it even if they have a custom user title

any ideas?

yep it is potsed on this board don't know where you must make a field in the User profile fields en then $post[field3] 3= the right field is different everywere
