Once uninstalled CHATBOX MGC chat, when I EDIT a User Group, instead of editing it creates a new group.

How can I fix it?

Any questions regarding modifications should be posted in the modifications thread rather than out here in the main forums.

Are you suggesting that by uninstalling this modification it has affected your usergroups and you can no longer edit them?

Sorry for the wrong place, please could a moderator move the topic?

Yeah, right! After the uninstall can not edit a group of users.

PS.: Sorry my English.

As stated, this is the wrong place to ask for help. If you have problems with a modification, you need to post in the modification thread.

(Also, please note that if you uninstall a modification, you need to remove all files you uploaded for that modification also. And undo any page edits. Simply uninstalling the product does not always completely uninstall the modification.)

Lynne, I said it suspected the ChatBox be him, not bad, it's no mod, because I deactivated all plugins and still the error persists.

Already cleaned some tables in the database of trace MODS evil uninstalled ... I already ran the tools.php, upgrade.php, I've noticed and optimize the tables in the database, already disable mods (disable_hooks) already checked the diagnostics, but nothing abnormal.

I do not know what to do, I'm lost. Please help me!

I am completely desperate.

To give you an idea, look what happens when I do an UPDATE / MODIFICATION of a group of users (though that is not an insertion of a group, but a change in group:

OK, I think I've seen that before. It had to do with some settings in either suhosin or mod_security. I think you need to either disable it or change the settings. Try running Maintenance > Diagnositics > Problematic Webserver Modules and see what it says. I can't remember the exact fix, so you can either search or put in a support ticket.
