Thread Prefixes

I want a link to a mod (i'm pretty sure it exists) where users can select a thread prefix before submitting a thread. For example, if they were applying for coder, they would checkmark coder when making the thread. I only want this feature available in certain sections.

It's a feature in VB. "Thread Prefixes" in ACP.
