I suggest you just fix the index.php file and it should work and/or templates. Reupload the default index file and check the forumhome templates for anything.

Do you have backups of your database? Make sure you have them and they aren't just stored on the server but somewhere else.

We need to know the exact database error in order to tell you what to do. I'm not getting any database error on your actual vbulletin forums so I can't go look it up myself.

no db error on the foryum jsut when login or registering try login in put anything

try replacing your core files and upload your tools folder. use tools to restore admin access.

Did you change all the passwords?
Change FTP password. Change your cpanel password.
Look in the web directory and search for files that have been recently modified.
They might have left a file with a backdoor to regain access if you lock them out.
Maybe use a .htaccess file to deny access until you figure out which files are rogue.

yea all passwords are changed we are now importing tables to new forum
