I was looking for an upload wizard, similar to the one that is used on modthesims.info. I discovered that they use something called Upload wizard v2 by Delphi, but I can't find it anywhere! Modthesims uses vBulletin, so if anyone knows where the upload wizad can be found, or can make similar, I'd be very grateful. :D
