members profile (Issue)

I just installed a new skin. Im running vbulletin 3.7.3.

Login > click on any users name > takes you to that profile.

Now: Above the visitors text box should appear.

The following tabs:

About me, Contacts, Feedback etc..

I dont see those tabs anywhere.
How can I add these tabs.
