Report game link?

I see that this forum http://www.next-level-arcade.com/ibproarcade.html is using this same version arcade (2.6.8+) on a vBulletin forum and they have a report game link to allow players to report broken games.

How can I go about adding this feature into my arcade?

I need this as well. I have it set up right now to create a bug in the vbProjects but what I need is for the game id to be passed to the bug post in projects.
