E-mail to all members

I'm trying to find a better way to send an E-mail to all members rather than using the standard text-based Email to all members in the AdminCP. Is there any WYSIWYG email to all members add-on?

Or, would I be better off getting a mailing list (has around 10,000 members) and using third party software?

I think the text-based editor in the control panel accepts BB code - but I'am not 100% sure on that. If it does, why not make a forum thread on your email, proof read and format it the way you want it.

Instead of posting the thread, copy the text and BB code from create forum thread window, and paste it into the email users editor.

Do you think that would work?
