I have inserted hundreds of ip type 22.10 etc etc but continuous to enroll with others, I think there is no definitive solution, a program that produces email / nik and ip coming from the cina surely exists!!!

find all china ips by
http://www.blockacountry.com/
it also generates .htaccess for u
