New Post NOtification via email

I know for sure Vbulletin has this option, but I cant seem to find it

I want when a user creates a topic, and other users start replying, those posts should send email to the creator of the new posts?

i.e. new post notification via email. How do I switch that on?. I am subcribed to other Vbulletin board and I do get those email, so I know for sure its there?

the thread authors can subscribe to the thread. you can also set subscriptions as default yes for users in admincp

Can you please tell me exactly where in AdminCP I can set the subscription to yes??

Thanks I have found it. However is this only for users or new users. Because I have initiated a topic, and someone replied, but I didnt receive the instant email?.

Is this because I am the admin?. Do I need to set permission somewhere else?. Please advice?
