It's not ::black:: , it's ::blank:: . So, do a search in your templates for it. If it's not in the templates, do a search through your plugins for it and/or through your phrases for it.

(And if you look at the page source, you'll see it's in a div with an id including "thanks_wrapper", so I'd guess it's from a Thanks mod. So if you need further help removing it, please ask in the modification thread.)

that is correct, it is the post thanks hack, either reinstall it or completely remove it.
