its not a plugin

you need to do the following

Admincp >> Styles and Templates >> Template Modification Manager >> [Up-/Download Template-Modifications] >>

Import Template Modifications XML >> Browse

Select the xml file to import

you need Template Modification Manager 1.1.5 for this to work

when you use this product you need to know what you are doing

for example when you wish to insert a dropdown menu with auto template chnages

YOUR MASTER TEMPLATE will look for things link

vbcontrol_menu etc.. in all other templates
not all templates will be standard, a coder should already know this
