forum for user to admin - no one else can see

Hi,

On some forums I visit they have a forum where you can post, but only you and the admin can see the message.

Is this a mod or a feature of vBulletin. If it a feature of vBulletin how do I set this.

This is not a mod, it is in forum permissions.

You set up a new forum, and then give the usergroup only the rights to view their OWN threads. So they would have to start a thread and then you and your staff can have a private conversation in the forum with that user.

We use this a lot. It is helpful.
