Troubleshoot: No smilies or advanced text editor at all!

I don't even show a wysiwyg editor for myself, admin, now that i've changed themes, but im sure this is a setting in options not the theme. I've checked and wysiwyg editor is enabled.... but I cant even see it for admin now- I tried running the sql thing and it didnt work, you know so everyone can have this nice text editor to change colors. It's been requested. thankx

I found how to enable Message Editor Interface advanced to an entired Usergroup I tried to run script and it didnt let me.. I even cchanged the config file w/ the right pw..

Where are your smiles missing? They don't show in the Quick Reply box. They should only show if you click the Post Reply button.
