No limit for chars in thread title for admin

IMO the number of chars in thread titles can be very limited, sometimes I need just one word extra to form a good thread title. What's the quick & easy solution for admins to work around this?

I suppose you could write a plugin to increase that value only for admins. But, why not just increase it for everyone?
