Invert forum title and description + space between forums

Hi, i'm italian, sorry for my english :o


currently i have on use the vBulletin v3.8.2.

How i can invert order of FORUM TITLE and DESCRIPTION?
How i can insert one SPACE BETWEEN the FORUMS?

It is a modification. This is the one I have on my 3.8 board, but there are several others - try a search on any of these key words in "all mods" "titles only" - ForumHome Category Spacing (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=123530)
