Hey is it possible to create a Virtual layer-ad pop up on a vbulletin forum?

I'm not really sure how to do it, but I'd like to add Clicksor ads on the virtual layer-ad pop up. If you know how to do it and would like to help please post! I'll be very thankful.

I have no idea what a "Virtual layer-ad pop up" is. But, you asked if it is possible, and I'll say Sure, but you'll need to code it.

You can look into dhtml or javascript popups, but I can assure you popups aren't exactly the best way to go.
