Ban a bot or delete it???

Ok so I placed some ads on Google, today I had 10 bots sign up and start posting all sorts of junk. So do you think its best to ban a bot or member or delete them?

I just don't want them coming back

Well I don't see a difference in doing either. Banning does the same thing as deleting, cept you still have their information.

Ban, so if another bot registers you can compare IP, email (if allows double emails) etc
