Where can I get the star graphics for rating of posts/threads or links?
Anyone know of good mod or is their a selection somewhere?

The rating icons (stars) are merely images that can be uploaded and over written on your server you don't need any kind of script for this.

Now you mentioned it I will release some rating icons in the vbulletin.org database later on today as time permits.

In the meantime you might want to check the vbulletin.org graphic database (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=213) for something that might suit your needs.
