PCD Section?

When was the PCD Section made? (private coders discussions..)

I've had the same modification(s) released for the past year, why have I never been able to see it?

It's been there since I got back several months ago as far as I remember.

IIRC, you must be at release level 3 or higher to see it. You are currently RL2. Release level is based off a secret formula, which takes into account number of installs, etc.

Its existed for almost three and a half years :)

The access levels were recently changed - anyone with RL2 or above is classed as a Coder (or Designer) and has access to that forum (and can also create threads in the Hatchery forum). If your RL drops below 2 then you will lose "coder" access.
