Phrases Question

I want to modify a phrase so that the section highlighted in the image below:

I want to make the word 'Private Messages' changed to 'PM's'. Can you tell me how to do this? Plus if I modify a phrase and then update to a new version of VB, will it over write that phrase? I don't want it to revert back when upgrading to new patches etc.

Search for the phrase using parts of the text. Put your version of the text as translation and it will not be overwritten with an upgrade.
