Attached images view

I wonder if there is a setting or a mod for enabling a forum visitor to see an attached image ?!

Check the usergroup permissions for Unregistered/Not Logged In.

My server is currently down so I can't check.

Admin CP -> Usergroup Manager -> Unregistered/Not Logged In

i got it but and when you first see the post it shows up but unfortunately after reloading the page you see only a text message: Attachment 1622

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Well i found the mod with the issue: TCattd - The Image Resizer

I disabled it then the thumbnails showed up even after refreshing the page !

Now i have another problem: images linked from photobucket or imageshack are way over the screen (i set max dimension for all pictures jpg png gif to max 1600x1200) but my screen is only 1024x768

Anyway this picture i`m talking about is 1022x599 but still out of the screen

All i want it that the images i post in my forum to be resized...why is the vb default image mod not resizing linked images?

EDIT: I think i made them work together, tested on 2 browsers and now seems ok but vB 4.0 better have a resize mod by default for attaced and linked images cause i dont know how many vB version will this mod is use hold
