Where can I get a chatbox or "shout box"?

Hello- I would like to please get the information to install a "chat box or "shout box". The best example would be the one found at www.calguns.net (scroll down)

The Search Box is a good place to start. Try searching on "chat*" or "shout*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should get a good list.
