Change internal link text to title

Hi,

I would like to change the following:
If somebody sets an internal link like
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=221229

it should automatically be changed to
how can i change word in the all topics (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=221229) after it has been parsed.

Is that possible? Has there anything already been coded?

I've heard VBseo has a similar function, but I don't own it and can not test.
And I would like that as a standalone feature.

Maybe someone got a suggestion for me to get this to work.

So you want the hyperlink text of an internal link (i.e. your own forum) to show the thread title?

This isn't a default feature - so I recommend searching the modifications section or asking for an unpaid modification request here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=112).
