Quick Reply - Weird

Well, this has just started happening recently.

Whenever anybody posts a quick reply, it works largely as intended. Except, the whole layout of their post goes really wierd - like this:

It fixes once you refresh the page, but it can still get quite annoying. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Have you tried different browsers?

What modifications do you have installed relating to replies/quick replies?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Yep, it's the same with everybody and I've tried FF 3.2, IE8, Opera 9. I don't have any mods installed that effect replies/quick replies.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
