Random ad order?

Hi guys, I'm currently having a problem with my forum. My forum is all ready, and its here

On the left column are the ads. They are working, but its missing 1 feature. I want to have those ads randomize themselves. By randomize, I mean to switch order. I've been searching all day for a plugin to do that, but never found one.

I'm using VB Ad Management V4 for the ads.

Any ideas?

Just find another random script (maybe for banners) and modify your own ad script to do the same.

I've actually decided to switch to Ultimate Side Columns to ease my use, but still don't know how to randomize the ads. I've been told to use OpenX, and I have that on my server, but I'm very confused on using it.
