vbblog xml file

I want upgrade my vb blog and download vbblog files. But it hasnt product-vbblog.xlm file.

Whats the problem?

I have just tested it and it does have the file.

As per the documentation (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blog_install)it is located in the ./includes/xml folder of your distribution.
